Saw them live May 20, 2017.
I own this on cassette. I recently started giving this album a re-listen and it holds up well.
Disassociate into a bonfire about aging out of your 20s to this.
core early high school tunes
I really enjoyed hisBoiler Room set.
I borrowed an MP3 player, set it to shuffle, and this album set the course for Bonobo being one of my top artists.
Highly regarded by many around me.
💿This album is near and dear to my heart. When my husband and I first met each other, this is the album we'd listen to together. It was a fresh album, and a fresh relationship which worked out perfectly. We saw him with a live set in Miami.
Scott La Rock, a member of this group, is the first murder of a major hip hop artist. This is also where KRS-One started.

It's hard to pick a favorite from any cKy. This is the first band I got into as a younger kid, watching Jackass on MTV at midnight and divulging in skate culture. I think I know every song from them by heart. A band I will never get to see live in their prime.
This album is only 33 minutes long and that's a shame.
💿I'd love to own this on CD.
BAM MARGERA SIGNED MY COPY! (photos soon)

This was the first King Gizz album I listened to. I liked the easy concept of an album called Quarters to have 4 songs at 10 minutes 10 seconds each, with similar riffs and progressions so that it all flows together.

I had no idea Snoop Dogg was on another label aside from Death Row Records. This is his first album on No Limit Records.

Pretty sure this was a random /mu/ find, but I ended up really enjoying it. Side note: MC Eiht also stars in Menace II Society (1993).
Every time I look this album up, I am redirected to the suicide hotline
Music sampling is reusing a part of a song (taking a literal "sample"; a snippet) and using it in a new song. It seems like a lot of people don't even know this side of music, considering hip-hop doesn't get much positive recognition. Once you realize how much these artists appreciated older music, you'll want to listen to the older music too!
**this will also be randomized**Every year, I like to pick one album that stood out to me. The only requirement is that it has to be an album released in the same year. Usually, they end up having a majority of favorite tracks.

I caught this track just before it released on SiriusXM. I was searching everywhere for it until I realized it was unreleased. With the album now released, every song is a favorite.
